If you are driving from the city center of Fredrikstad, head southwest on Storgata towards Rådhusgata. Continue onto Kjøpmannsgata and follow the signs for E6 towards Oslo. Merge onto E6 and continue for about 5 km. Take exit 4 toward Kråkerøy. Follow the signs for Kråkerøy and continue on Kråkerøyveien. Turn right onto Minder-alvs vei, and Isegran Fort will be on your left at Minder-alvs vei 2.
Public Transportation
To reach Isegran Fort using public transport, start by taking a bus from Fredrikstad Sentrum to Kråkerøy. You can take Bus Line 1 or 2, which operates frequently. Get off at the 'Kråkerøy' stop. From there, it's about a 20-minute walk. Head southeast on Kråkerøyveien, then turn left onto Minder-alvs vei. Isegran Fort will be located at Minder-alvs vei 2, right ahead.
