    If you're driving from central Sarpsborg, head southwest on Storgata toward Rv 118. Continue on Rv 118 for approximately 25 km until you reach the town of Strömstad in Sweden. Follow the signs for E6 towards Göteborg. After about 15 km, take exit 114 toward Ekenäs. Continue on Hamnevägen for about 2 km and you will arrive at Kosterhavet National Park. Look for the parking area near the entrance.

    From Sarpsborg, take the bus to Strömstad. You can catch a bus from Sarpsborg Bus Station; it operates several times a day. Once you arrive in Strömstad, you will need to transfer to local transport (a taxi or a local bus) that goes to Ekenäs. The total travel time is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours depending on the connections. Ask the driver to drop you off at Hamnevägen, where you can find Kosterhavet National Park.
