If you are driving from Oslo, take the E6 highway south towards Østfold. After about 1.5 hours, take exit 103 towards Fredrikstad. Continue on Rv118 until you reach the city center. Follow signs for Gamle Fredrikstad, and then turn onto Torvgaten. There is limited street parking available near Torvgaten 57.

From Oslo Central Station, take a train to Fredrikstad station. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Upon arrival at Fredrikstad station, you can catch bus number 1 (towards Gamlebyen) or walk to Gamle Fredrikstad, which is about a 20-minute walk. Once you are in Gamlebyen, head towards Torvgaten, where Mellomporten is located at Torvgaten 57.
