Take the exit onto Rv13 towards Sandnes/Dirdal. Continue on Rv13 for about 20 kilometers until you see signs for Dirdal. Follow the signs into Dirdal, and then take the road towards Frafjordheiane. The area is well-marked, and parking is available near the main trailhead.
