If you are traveling by car, start your journey from the center of Stavanger. Take the E39 highway towards Sola. After approximately 11 kilometers, take the exit towards Sola (Exit 12). Continue on Sola Strandvegen, then turn left onto Nordsjøvegen. After about 2 kilometers, you will arrive at Sola Strand, located at Nordsjøvegen 299, 4053 Rege. Parking is available nearby, and there may be a small fee for parking.
