If you're driving from Ålesund, take the E39 highway south towards Sogndal. Continue on E39 until you reach a junction where you will take the exit for Route 5 towards Flåm. Follow Route 5 until you arrive in Flåm. Once in Flåm, follow the signs directing you towards the center of the village, where Globe is located at 5743 Flåm.
Public Transportation
To reach Globe via public transportation, take a train from Bergen to Myrdal, which typically takes around 2 hours. From Myrdal, transfer to the Flåm Railway, a scenic train ride that takes about 1 hour to reach Flåm. Once in Flåm, exit the train station and walk towards the village center, following the signs to Globe located at 5743 Flåm.
Bus
You can also take a bus from Sogndal to Flåm. Check the local bus schedules for departures. The bus journey takes approximately 1.5 hours. Upon arriving in Flåm, walk towards the center of the village, where Globe can be found at 5743 Flåm.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, consider taking a taxi from nearby towns such as Sogndal or Aurland. Taxis in Norway may be costly, so be prepared for a fare that could range from 500 to 1000 NOK depending on your starting point. The ride should take about 30 minutes from Sogndal to Flåm.
