Continue on Rv 70 for about 8 kilometers until you reach Hommelvik. Follow the signs towards 'Kvernhusfossen', which is located near the river. There is a small parking area available nearby.

To reach Kvernhusfossen via public transportation, take a bus from Trondheim to Hommelvik. The bus service is operated by AtB, and you can catch the bus from the main bus station in Trondheim. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once in Hommelvik, you will need to walk for about 1 kilometer to reach Kvernhusfossen. Follow the signs towards the river, and you will find the waterfall located in a scenic area.
