Car

If you are driving from Bergen, take E16 towards Aurland. After approximately 2 hours, you will reach Aurland. Once in Aurland, follow the signs for Stegastein viewpoint. The viewpoint is located about 10 kilometers from Aurland, and you will need to take the Bjørgavegen road. The road is well-marked, and you will see signs leading you to the viewpoint. There is a parking area available at the viewpoint. Please note that there may be a parking fee, so have some cash or a card ready.

Public Transportation

From Bergen, you can take a bus operated by Nor-Way Bussekspress to Aurland. The journey takes about 2.5 hours. Once you arrive in Aurland, you will need to take a taxi or local shuttle service to reach the Stegastein viewpoint, which is around 10 kilometers away. It's advisable to check local taxi services or inquire at the Aurland bus station for shuttle options. Make sure to confirm the costs with the driver before starting your journey.
