If you are in the city center of Stavanger, head towards the waterfront. Begin your walk at the Stavanger City Hall (Stavanger Rådhus). From the City Hall, walk south towards the harbor area along the road called 'Skansegaten'. Continue straight until you reach the end of the road, where it meets Skansekaien, which is the waterfront area. Skansekaien is clearly marked and you will see the beautiful views of the harbor.

From the Stavanger Bus Station (Stavanger Rutebilstasjon), take bus number 1 or 3 heading towards 'Forus'. You will need to get off at the stop called 'Skansekaien'. The bus ride will take approximately 10 minutes. Once you get off, walk a few steps towards the waterfront and you will find Skansekaien right in front of you.
