    Walking

    If you are starting from the Stavanger city center (Torget), walk towards the harbor area. Head northeast on Østervåg towards the waterfront, and you will see the Stavanger Cathedral on your left. Continue walking along the waterfront until you reach Strandkaien. The Stavanger Maritime Museum is located at Strandkaien 22, right on the waterfront.

    Bus

    From the Stavanger bus terminal, take bus number 3 or 4 heading toward 'Stavanger sentrum'. Get off at the 'Stavanger sentrum' stop. From there, it’s a short walk to the museum. Head towards the harbor, passing the Stavanger Cathedral on your left, and continue walking along the waterfront to reach Strandkaien 22.

    Bicycle

    If you have rented a bicycle, start from the Stavanger city center and cycle towards the harbor area. Follow the bike lanes along the waterfront. As you approach the harbor, look for Strandkaien. The Stavanger Maritime Museum will be on your left at Strandkaien 22.

    You can easily hail a taxi from anywhere in Stavanger. Simply tell the driver to take you to 'Strandkaien 22, Stavanger' or 'Stavanger Maritime Museum'. The taxi will drop you off right at the museum entrance.
