From Longyearbyen, head south on Route 2 towards the airport. Continue on Route 2 until you reach the ferry terminal at Isfjorden. Take the ferry to the mainland, which may cost around 500 NOK. Once on the mainland, drive south on E6 towards Os i Østerdalen. Forollhogna National Park is located near Os in Østerdalen. Follow the signs for the national park once you are in the area.
