Car
If you are driving from anywhere in Telemark, follow the E18 highway toward Skien. Take exit 37 towards Skien and merge onto Route 32 (Skienvegen). Continue on Route 32 until you reach Skien. Once in the city, follow the signs for 'Sentrum' (City Center). Henrik Ibsens gate is in the center of Skien, and you will find Skien Turistkontor at Henrik Ibsens gate 2, 3724 Skien. There is street parking available, but be aware of parking fees that may apply.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can take a bus or train to Skien. If you are coming by train, take a train to Skien Station. From Skien Station, you can either walk or take a local bus. To walk, exit the station and head northeast on Børrestulveien, then turn left onto Henrik Ibsens gate. Skien Turistkontor will be on your right at Henrik Ibsens gate 2. If you prefer to take a bus, check local schedules for buses heading towards the city center, and disembark at the nearest stop to Henrik Ibsens gate.
