Getting there

Car

From Trolltunga, head south on Route 13 towards Odda. Continue on Route 13 for about 16 kilometers until you reach the town of Lofthus. Once in Lofthus, follow the signs to Skrikjofossen, which is located approximately 5 kilometers from the center of Lofthus. You can park your car in designated parking areas near the waterfall. Note that parking may incur a fee, typically around 50-100 NOK.

Public Transportation

To reach Skrikjofossen using public transport, take the bus from Trolltunga to Odda. Buses are operated by Nor-Way Bussekspress and typically run every hour. The journey takes about 30 minutes. From Odda, you will need to transfer to a local bus heading to Lofthus. Make sure to check the bus schedules in advance, as they may vary depending on the season. Once you arrive in Lofthus, follow the signs to Skrikjofossen, which is approximately 5 kilometers away. You may need to walk or use a taxi for this final leg of the journey.
