If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Trondheim. Head south on Kjøpmannsgata, then turn left onto Prinsen gate. Continue until you reach the intersection with E6. Merge onto E6 heading south. After approximately 4 km, take exit 7 towards Sluppen. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Sluppenvn. Continue on this road, which becomes Unnamed Road, until you reach Theisendammen. There is no specific parking lot, but you can park along the road.
Public Transportation
To reach Theisendammen using public transportation, start at Trondheim's main bus station. Take bus line 5 towards Kvikneset. After about 25 minutes, get off at the stop named 'Sverresborg'. From there, it is a 15-minute walk to Theisendammen. Head south on Sverresborgveien, then turn left onto Unnamed Road. Follow the road until you reach Theisendammen. Be sure to check the bus schedules for timings.
Bicycle
For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Trondheim. Start from the city center and head south on Kjøpmannsgata. Join the bike lanes that connect to the E6 road. Follow bike paths to Sluppen, then continue to Sverresborgveien. The ride is approximately 5-7 km and should take about 30 minutes. There are bike racks available near Theisendammen.
