Car
If you are traveling by car, head towards Sandefjord. From Oslo, take the E18 highway towards Sandefjord. Once you arrive in Sandefjord, take the exit for Rv303 (Ringveien) and follow the signs for the city center. Continue on Rv303 until you reach the intersection with Høytorpveien. Turn left onto Høytorpveien and then take another left onto Badeparken. There is parking available near the park, but be aware that there may be parking fees ranging from 20 to 50 NOK per hour.
Public Transportation
To reach Badeparken using public transportation, take a train or bus to Sandefjord. If you arrive by train, Sandefjord Station is centrally located. From there, you can take a local bus (Bus Line 1 or 2) towards the city center. Get off at the 'Badeparken' stop. If you are coming from Oslo, take the train operated by VY, which runs frequently and takes about 2 hours. The bus fare is approximately 40 NOK one way.
Walking
If you are staying in the city center of Sandefjord, Badeparken is within walking distance. From the main square (Torget), head north on Jernbaneveien and then turn left onto Høytorpveien. Continue straight until you see the signs for Badeparken. The walk takes about 15-20 minutes.
Bicycle
For those who enjoy cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the rental stations in Sandefjord. From the city center, head north on Jernbaneveien, then take Høytorpveien directly to Badeparken. There are bike paths available, and the ride takes approximately 10 minutes. Check rental fees, which typically range from 100 to 200 NOK for a day.
