Car
If you're traveling by car from Oslo, take the E18 highway westbound towards Drammen. After approximately 45 km, merge onto E134 towards Kongsberg. Continue on E134 for about 70 km. When you reach Tinn, take the exit towards Fv364. Follow Fv364 for about 11 km until you reach Gjuvhovd, which will be on your left. Parking is available near the scenic spot.
Public Transportation
To reach Gjuvhovd using public transportation, start by taking a train from Oslo Central Station to Notodden. The journey takes approximately 2 hours. Once you arrive at Notodden, transfer to bus number 101 towards Tinn Austbygd. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the stop for Fv364, and from there, Gjuvhovd is a short walk down the road. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance as service may be limited.
