If you're driving from any location in Viken, take the E6 highway towards Oslo. Follow the signs for 'Oslo Sentrum' as you approach the city. Once you reach the center, take the exit toward 'Bislett' and then follow 'Bislettgata' to 'Stortingsgata'. Continue on 'Stortingsgata' until you reach 'Karl Johans gate'. The Norwegian Parliament will be on your left at 'Karl Johans gt. 22'. Parking can be difficult in central Oslo, so look for public parking garages nearby, which may charge around 200-300 NOK for a few hours.

To use public transport, head to your nearest train station in Viken. Take an NSB train towards Oslo S (Oslo Central Station).
