Car
From Voss, head east on E16 towards Fagernes. After approximately 30 km, take the exit towards Eidfjord (Road 7). Continue on Road 7 for about 40 km. As you approach Eidfjord, follow the signs for Simadalsvegen. The Eidfjord swimming area is located at Simadalsvegen 2, 5783 Eidfjord. There is usually free parking available near the swimming area.

Public Transportation
From Voss, take the bus towards Eidfjord. You can check the bus schedule on the Nor-Way Bussekspress website. The journey usually lasts about 1.5 to 2 hours and costs approximately 200 NOK. Get off at Eidfjord sentrum bus stop. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to the Eidfjord swimming area. Head east on Simadalsvegen and follow the road until you reach the swimming area.

If you prefer a more direct route, consider taking a taxi from Voss to Eidfjord. The taxi ride will take approximately 45 minutes. The cost can vary but expect around 800 to 1000 NOK. You can book a taxi in advance or hail one at a taxi stand.
