Take exit 41 for US-22 W toward Cambridge. Merge onto US-22 W and continue for about 14 miles until you reach the intersection with Cadiz Rd. Turn left onto Cadiz Rd (County Road 1) and follow it for about 3 miles. Salt Fork State Park will be on your right at 14755 Cadiz Rd, Lore City, OH 43755.
