From downtown Chillicothe, head to the Chillicothe Transit Center located at 81 E Main St. Board the bus route that goes towards the Rockbridge area. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the exact timing. Get off at the nearest stop to State Route 374, then walk approximately 1 mile west on OH-374 until you reach Cantwell Cliffs.

If you're comfortable riding a bike, you can rent one from a nearby rental service. Start from downtown Chillicothe and take Main St east until you reach OH-104. Follow OH-104 south until you reach the intersection with OH-374. Then, turn left onto OH-374 and continue for about 5 miles until you arrive at Cantwell Cliffs.

For those who enjoy walking, start at the Ross County Courthouse located at 2 N Paint St. Walk south on Paint St towards Main St, then turn left on Main St and follow it until it becomes OH-104. Continue walking south on OH-104 until you reach the intersection with OH-374. You can then follow OH-374 for about 5 miles on foot to reach Cantwell Cliffs. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes, as this will be a long walk.
