Getting There

• Walking

  Start from the Chillicothe Town Square. Head south on Paint Street until you reach the intersection with East Main Street. Turn left onto East Main Street and continue walking for about 0.5 miles. You will reach the intersection with US-23. Cross over to the other side of the road and continue straight onto State Route 104. Walk approximately 1.5 miles until you see a sign for Junction Earthworks Preserve. The preserve entrance will be on your left at 1143 Township Hwy 377.

• Biking

  If you are biking from downtown Chillicothe, start at the Chillicothe Town Square. Head south on Paint Street, then turn left onto East Main Street. Continue straight until you reach US-23. Use the bike lane to navigate across to the other side of the road. Once on State Route 104, bike for about 1.5 miles. Look for the Junction Earthworks Preserve sign; the entrance will be on your left at 1143 Township Hwy 377.

• Public Transportation

  From downtown Chillicothe, take the local bus service (if available) heading towards the outskirts of the city. Ensure you ask the driver for a stop near US-23 and State Route 104. Once you get off the bus, you will need to walk approximately 0.5 miles north along State Route 104. The Junction Earthworks Preserve will be on your left at 1143 Township Hwy 377.
