Getting There

• Public Transit - Bus

  If you are near the Cincinnati Bell Connector streetcar line, you can take the streetcar to the 'Fifth & Race' stop. From there, walk one block north on Race Street, then turn left onto Vine Street. The Cincinnati & Hamilton County Public Library will be on your right at 800 Vine St. If you are further away, check the local Metro bus schedule for the nearest bus route that goes to the Central Business District.

• Walking

  If you are in the downtown area, you can easily walk to the library. Find your way to Vine Street; it runs perpendicular to many major streets like Fifth and Sixth Streets. Head north on Vine Street, and the library will be located at 800 Vine St, right between Eighth and Ninth Streets. Look out for a large, welcoming entrance.

• Taxi or Rideshare

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can book a taxi or rideshare service like Uber or Lyft. Simply enter '800 Vine St, Cincinnati, OH 45202' as your destination. The driver will take you directly to the library entrance. This is a convenient option if you are carrying heavy items or prefer not to walk.

• Bicycle

  If you are renting a bike, head towards Vine Street in the Central Business District. You can find bike racks around the library. If you are coming from the riverfront, take the bike lanes along Central Avenue and then turn east on Fifth Street, finally heading north on Vine Street to reach the library at 800 Vine St.
