    From the Cincinnati subway station at Government Square, take bus route 46 towards 'Avondale'. After about 20 minutes, get off at the 'Cincinnati Zoo' stop. The entrance is just a short walk from the bus stop at 3400 Vine St.

    If you are staying near the University of Cincinnati, it’s about a 15-20 minute walk. Head north on Vine St toward E McMillan St. Continue on Vine St for about a mile. The Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden will be on your left at 3400 Vine St.
