    If you are starting from the Cincinnati Union Terminal, take the Metro bus route 1 (Eagle) towards the downtown area. Get off at the '6th at Main' stop. From there, walk north along Main Street for two blocks until you reach Garfield Place. Turn left on Garfield Place, and Piatt Park will be on your right.
