To reach Mount Victory Historic District by car, start on Interstate 70 (I-70) if you're coming from the west. Take exit 66 for US-68 N toward Washington Court House. Merge onto US-68 N and continue for about 20 miles. Then, turn left onto OH-31 N and follow it for approximately 15 miles until you reach the intersection with 199-101 OH-31 in Mt Victory. The historic district will be on your right. Make sure to look for the painted mural on the side of an antique store, which is a local highlight.
