The most common ferry is the Jet Express, which operates from Put-in-Bay or Kelleys Island to Port Clinton, Ohio. Once on the mainland, get onto State Route 2 East and follow the signs toward Lakeside Marblehead. Take the exit toward OH-163 East and continue to follow it until you reach N Buck Rd. Turn left onto N Buck Rd, and you will find East Harbor State Park at 1169 N Buck Rd, Lakeside Marblehead, OH 43440.

  • Public Transportation

    From the ferry terminal in Port Clinton, you can use the local transit service, the Ottawa County Public Transit. Catch the bus that goes toward Lakeside Marblehead. Make sure you check the current bus schedule as it may vary. Once you reach the nearest stop to East Harbor State Park, you may need to walk approximately half a mile to reach the park entrance at 1169 N Buck Rd. Be prepared for a small fare for the bus ride, which typically ranges from $1 to $2.
