Head southwest on Vine Street, then turn left onto Joe Nuxhall Way, and you'll see the stadium entrance.

Turn right onto US-42 and follow it south until you reach the bus stop on the corner of Reading Road and Government Square. From there, you can take the Metro bus number 51 as described above.
