Follow the signs to merge onto US-23 N. After approximately 3 miles, take exit 8 for Sylvania Ave. Turn right onto Sylvania Ave and continue for about 1.5 miles. Turn left onto Water St. Promenade Park will be on your right at 400 Water St, Toledo, OH 43604.
