From any location in Northwest Ohio, head south on the main highway routes (I-75 or US-23) towards Columbus. If you are near Toledo, take I-75 South. If you are closer to Findlay, take US-23 South. Follow signs for I-670 E in Columbus. Take exit 4A for E 17th Ave. Merge onto E 17th Ave, and continue for about 1 mile. The Ohio History Center will be on your right at 800 E 17th Ave, Columbus, OH 43211. Parking is available on-site, and there is typically no fee for parking.

Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, start by taking a Greyhound or Megabus service to Columbus. Once in Columbus, use the COTA (Central Ohio Transit Authority) bus service. From the Greyhound station, you can take Bus 1 (Broad Street) towards the East Side. Transfer at the Main Library to Bus 2 (North High Street) towards the Northland area. Get off at the stop near E 17th Ave. The Ohio History Center is a short walk from the bus stop. Make sure to check the COTA website for current schedules and fares, which generally cost around $2.00 per ride.
