Head southeast on Punderson State Park Rd toward Punderson Manor Dr. Continue on Punderson Manor Dr until you reach the intersection with State Route 87. Turn left onto State Route 87 and continue for about 8 miles until you reach the intersection with I-271. Merge onto I-271 South and follow it for approximately 10 miles. Take exit 32B for US-422 East toward Cleveland. Continue on US-422 for about 4 miles, then take the exit for Mayfield Rd (State Route 322) and turn left onto Mayfield Rd. After approximately 1 mile, turn right onto Buttermilk Falls Parkway. The falls will be located nearby; follow the signs for Buttermilk Falls Scenic Overlook.
