Take exit 32B for US-422 East toward Cleveland. Continue on US-422 for about 4 miles, then take the exit for Mayfield Rd (State Route 322) and turn left onto Mayfield Rd. After approximately 1 mile, turn right onto Buttermilk Falls Parkway. The falls will be located nearby; follow the signs for Buttermilk Falls Scenic Overlook.
