If you are travelling by car from the center of Scioto Valley, start by heading northeast on Main St toward OH-104 N. Continue on OH-104 N for about 12 miles until you reach the intersection with OH-93. Turn left onto OH-93 N and follow it for approximately 8 miles. Look for signs directing you to McArthur. As you approach McArthur, make a right onto Hope-Moonville Rd. The Moonville Tunnel will be about 5 miles down this road on your left. Parking is available nearby.
