From anywhere within Wayne National Forest, head towards the nearest major road, typically OH-93 or OH-78. If you are near the southern part of the forest, take OH-93 northbound. If you are closer to the northern sections, take OH-78 eastbound. After approximately 15-20 minutes of driving, merge onto I-70 E toward Columbus. Take exit 126 for OH-79 toward Newark/Heath. Continue on OH-79 for about 10 miles. You will see signs for Flint Ridge State Memorial. Turn left onto Flint Ridge Rd, and after about 1 mile, you will reach the memorial located at 15300 Flint Ridge Rd, Heath, OH 43056.
