Once you're nearing downtown Cleveland, take exit 240B for I-90 E towards Erie. Stay on I-90 E for about 9 miles, then take the exit for E 9th St. Merge onto E 9th St and continue until you reach the intersection with Lakeside Avenue E. Willard Park will be directly at this intersection. There are various parking options nearby, but be aware that some may incur fees.
