If you're traveling by car from Western Ohio, you will want to take Interstate 70 E towards Columbus. Depending on your starting point, merge onto I-70 E and continue for approximately 70 miles. Once you enter Columbus, take exit 100A for I-71 S toward Cincinnati. Continue on I-71 S for about 2 miles, then take exit 111A for Broad St toward Downtown. Keep left to stay on Broad St, and then turn right onto High St. Continue straight until you reach 1 Capitol Square, where the Ohio Statehouse is located. There is public parking available nearby, which may incur a cost of around $5-$15 depending on the duration of your stay.
Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, you can take a Greyhound bus from various locations in Western Ohio to Columbus. Once you arrive at the Greyhound station in Columbus, you will need to transfer to the COTA bus system. Take the COTA bus line 1 (High Street) towards the 'COTA Transit Center'.
