Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from downtown Wooster, head east on East Liberty Street. Continue straight until you reach North Market Street. Turn left onto North Market Street and walk north. After about 0.5 miles, take a right onto East Milltown Road. Continue on East Milltown Road for approximately 1 mile. You will pass Wooster High School on your right. When you reach the intersection with Williams Road, turn left. Secrest Arboretum will be on your right at 2122 Williams Rd. It is about a 30-minute walk from downtown.

• Biking

  For those who prefer to bike, start from downtown Wooster and head east on East Liberty Street until you reach North Market Street. Turn left onto North Market Street and bike north. Once you reach East Milltown Road, turn right and continue for about 1 mile. At the intersection with Williams Road, turn left. Secrest Arboretum is located at 2122 Williams Rd on your right. The biking route will take about 15-20 minutes depending on your pace.

• Public Transport

  If you are using public transportation, check for any local bus services that might be available. There may be a bus route that stops near Wooster High School. From there, you can walk to Secrest Arboretum by heading north on North Market Street, then turning right onto East Milltown Road. Finally, turn left onto Williams Road. If the bus does not take you directly to the arboretum, you may need to walk approximately 1 mile from the nearest bus stop.
