From downtown Youngstown, take the WRTA (Western Reserve Transit Authority) bus route 1 to the stop at Market St & Rayen Ave. From there, transfer to bus route 7 heading towards Austintown. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes, and get off at the stop closest to West Dr. From this stop, walk west on West Dr for approximately 10 minutes until you reach Mill Creek Furnace, located at the end of the road.

If you are near the Youngstown State University campus, start by heading north on Wick Ave. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Lincoln Ave, then turn right. Follow Lincoln Ave until you reach Market St. Cross Market St and continue on Lincoln Ave, which will eventually become West Dr. Walk along West Dr for about 20-25 minutes until you arrive at Mill Creek Furnace.
