If you are already in Black Mesa State Park and want to reach the Black Mesa peak, start by heading to the Visitor Center located at 202019 N 32nd Street, Kenton, OK 73946. From there, take the road leading south toward the Black Mesa trailhead. The trailhead is approximately 5 miles south and well-marked. Parking is available at the trailhead. The hike to the summit is about 4 miles round trip and will take approximately 2-4 hours depending on your fitness level.
