Car
From Cherokee Landing State Park, head south on State Highway 100 (SH-100) towards State Highway 51 (SH-51). After approximately 3 miles, merge onto SH-51 West toward Tahlequah. Continue on SH-51 for about 20 miles until you reach the city of Tahlequah. Once in Tahlequah, turn left onto East Choctaw Street. The Cherokee National Prison Museum will be on your right at 124 E Choctaw St. Parking may be available on the street or nearby public lots.
