Car
To get to Sequoyah State Park from Cherokee Landing State Park, start by exiting Cherokee Landing State Park onto E 850 Rd. Head west on E 850 Rd for about 1.5 miles until you reach the junction with US-69. Turn left onto US-69 South and continue for approximately 8 miles. You will then take the exit for OK-51 East toward Wagoner. After about 6.5 miles, you will see signs for Sequoyah State Park. Turn left onto Park 10 Rd. Continue on Park 10 Rd for about 1 mile, and you will see the entrance to Sequoyah State Park on your right at 17131 Park 10, Hulbert, OK 74441. Make sure to check for any park entrance fees, which may vary.
Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, you will first need to reach the nearest bus station that services the area. From Cherokee Landing State Park, you may need to take a local taxi or rideshare service to reach the nearest town with a bus service, such as Wagoner. Once in Wagoner, look for a bus that heads towards Hulbert. Be sure to check the schedule as bus services may not run frequently. After arriving in Hulbert, you will need to take a taxi or a rideshare service to get to Sequoyah State Park, as it is approximately 5 miles from the bus stop. Ensure you have cash or a credit card available for the taxi fare.
