From Cross Timbers, head southeast on TX-34 S (Main St) for approximately 4 miles. Continue onto TX-75 N towards Sherman. After about 15 miles, take the exit for US-82 W toward Gainesville. Merge onto US-82 W and then take the exit for TX-289 N toward Denison. Continue on TX-289 N for about 10 miles, then take the exit onto Refuge Rd. Turn right onto Refuge Rd and drive approximately 1 mile until you reach the entrance of Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge at 6465 Refuge Rd, Sherman, TX 75092.
