If you're traveling by car, start by getting onto I-40 W from your location in Eastern Oklahoma. Depending on where you are in Eastern Oklahoma, you may need to take various local roads to reach I-40. Once on I-40 W, continue driving for approximately 90 miles. Take exit 150B for I-35 N toward Edmond. Continue on I-35 N for about 5 miles, then take exit 129A toward Broadway Ave. Merge onto Broadway Ave and continue for about 2 miles. Turn right onto SE 103rd St, then left onto S Sunnylane Rd. The Museum of Osteology will be on your right at 10301 S Sunnylane Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73160. There is no parking fee at the museum.

Upon arriving at the Oklahoma City bus station, use the EMBARK public transit bus service. Board bus route 11 (Sunnylane) towards the South. This bus will take you close to the museum. Get off at the nearest stop, which is a short walk from the Museum of Osteology at 10301 S Sunnylane Rd. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance as the frequency may vary.
