Getting There

    From any point in Great Salt Plains State Park, head towards the main road, which is Salt Plains Lake Road. Follow the road south until you reach the intersection with Garvin Road. Turn left onto Garvin Road and continue for approximately 4 miles. You will see signs directing you to Salt Plains Crystals. The site is located near the end of Garvin Road.

  • Driving

    If you have a vehicle, start from the Great Salt Plains State Park entrance and take Salt Plains Lake Road south. After about 4 miles, turn left onto Garvin Road. Continue straight for another 3 miles, and you will reach the Salt Plains Crystals area. There is parking available nearby, but be mindful of any fees that may apply for parking at the site.
