From Great Salt Plains State Park, head south on State Highway 38 (SH-38) for about 15 miles until you reach U.S. Highway 64. Turn left onto U.S. Highway 64 (eastbound) and continue for approximately 28 miles until you reach the town of Hulbert. Once in Hulbert, look for Park Road 10, which is well-marked. Turn right onto Park Road 10 and follow it for about 1.5 miles to reach Sequoyah State Park, located at 17131 Park 10, Hulbert, OK 74441.
