Head east on SW 4th St towards SW Lee Blvd. Turn right onto SW Lee Blvd and continue for about 1.5 miles until you reach SW 11th St. Turn left onto SW 11th St and continue for about 0.5 miles. You will reach the entrance to the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge. Enter the refuge and continue walking along the designated paths towards Signal Mountain Rd. Follow the signs for Blockhouse Signal Mountain, which is approximately 2 miles into the refuge.

Rent a bicycle from a local shop in Lawton. Begin your journey at the Lawton City Hall located at 212 SW 9th St. Head south on SW 9th St towards SW Cache Rd. Turn left onto SW Cache Rd and bike for about 2 miles. Then, turn right onto Signal Mountain Rd. Follow Signal Mountain Rd uphill towards Blockhouse Signal Mountain, which is about 2.5 miles from the intersection. There are designated bike paths to ensure a safe ride.

Take the City of Lawton Transit bus from the Lawton Transit Center located at 1001 SW 11th St. Board the Route 1 bus heading towards the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge.
