From the center of Norman, head north on Main Street towards E Boyd Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with E University Blvd. Turn left onto E University Blvd and walk north until you reach the intersection with W Lindsey Street. Turn right onto W Lindsey Street and keep walking until you reach the bus stop at the intersection with N Porter Avenue. Take the EMBARK bus route 5 towards Downtown Oklahoma City.

Once on the EMBARK bus route 5, stay on the bus for about 30 minutes. The bus will take you through various stops in Norman and Oklahoma City. You will want to get off at the stop closest to the Myriad Botanical Gardens, which is at W Reno Ave & N Broadway Ave. From there, walk west on W Reno Ave for about two minutes to reach the entrance of the gardens.

If you prefer to ride a bike, you can rent a bike from a local rental service in Norman. Head north on Main Street towards E Boyd Street, then turn left onto E University Blvd. Continue north, then turn right onto W Lindsey Street. Follow W Lindsey Street until you reach the Oklahoma City limits, and then take the bike paths towards downtown. Once you reach the Arts District in Oklahoma City, follow the signs for Myriad Botanical Gardens located at 301 W Reno Ave.
