The closest bus stop in Moore is at 12th St & Main St. Take the bus towards Oklahoma City and get off at the stop at NW 9th St & Broadway Ave. From there, walk south on Broadway Ave for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with W Reno Ave. Turn left onto W Reno Ave, and you will see the Myriad Botanical Gardens on your right.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from a nearby rental shop or use a bike-sharing service. Head south on S Broadway Ave from Moore, following the bike lanes. Continue straight for approximately 5 miles until you reach the intersection with W Reno Ave. Turn right onto W Reno Ave, and you will find the Myriad Botanical Gardens a short distance ahead on your right.
