From the Norman Transit Center (located at 200 S Jones Ave), take the 'C' route towards Oklahoma City. Ensure you check the bus schedule for departure times. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the stop nearest to the First Americans Museum. You may need to transfer to a bus heading towards the American Indian Blvd. Walk for about 10 minutes to reach the museum at 659 American Indian Blvd, Oklahoma City.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from a local rental shop in Norman. Start your ride on Main St heading east until you reach 12th Ave SE. Turn left and continue until you reach the intersection with Alameda St, then turn right. Follow Alameda St until you reach the junction with Highway 77. Use caution as this is a busy road. Continue north on Highway 77, then take a left onto American Indian Blvd. The museum will be on your left at 659 American Indian Blvd, Oklahoma City.
Walking
For those who enjoy walking, start at the University of Oklahoma campus. Head south on Asp Ave until you reach Boyd St, then turn right. Continue on Boyd St until you reach 12th Ave SE. Turn left and walk towards 24th Ave SE, then turn right. Follow 24th Ave SE until you reach the intersection with Highway 77. Cross at the pedestrian crossing and continue north. After reaching American Indian Blvd, take a left and walk until you reach the museum at 659 American Indian Blvd, Oklahoma City.
