Follow US-270 W for approximately 20 miles until you reach the junction with AR-23 N. Turn left onto AR-23 N and continue for about 12 miles. You will then reach Rogers, AR. Once in Rogers, turn onto Cavern Dr, where you will find War Eagle Cavern at 21494 Cavern Dr, Rogers, AR 72756. The total drive from the forest to the cavern is approximately 35 miles and may take around 50 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
