Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from within Ouachita National Forest, start by navigating to Highway 7. From Highway 7, take the exit for US-270 W towards Mena. Follow US-270 W for approximately 20 miles until you reach the junction with AR-23 N. Turn left onto AR-23 N and continue for about 12 miles. You will then reach Rogers, AR. Once in Rogers, turn onto Cavern Dr, where you will find War Eagle Cavern at 21494 Cavern Dr, Rogers, AR 72756. The total drive from the forest to the cavern is approximately 35 miles and may take around 50 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

• Public Transportation

  Public transport options are limited in this rural area. If you are in a nearby town, you may need to take a bus to Rogers, AR. Once you arrive in Rogers, you can use a rideshare service (like Uber or Lyft) to reach War Eagle Cavern at 21494 Cavern Dr. Check the local bus schedules beforehand for the best routes and times, as they may not run frequently.

• Biking/Hiking

  If you are an adventurous tourist, consider biking or hiking. From any point in Ouachita National Forest, make your way to the nearest main road leading to Highway 7. Once on Highway 7, head north towards US-270 W. However, please be cautious, as this method can be time-consuming and physically demanding.
