If you're driving from the center of Panhandle, head southeast on US-287 S towards Altus. Continue on US-287 S for about 30 miles. Take the exit toward Fort Sill and merge onto I-44 S. After about 5 miles, take exit 45B for I-44 S toward Dallas. Continue on I-44 S for about 7 miles until you reach exit 45 for US-62 W. Merge onto US-62 W and continue for 3 miles. Turn left onto Quanah Rd, and the Fort Sill National Historic Landmark and Museum will be on your right at 435 Quanah Rd, Fort Sill, OK 73503. There is no cost for parking at the museum.
