From Prairie Plains, head south on Main St toward OK-37 E. Merge onto OK-37 E and continue for approximately 12 miles. Take the exit onto I-35 N toward Oklahoma City. Continue on I-35 N for about 10 miles and take exit 129B for I-240 E toward Fort Smith. Merge onto I-240 E and continue for about 5 miles. Take exit 2B toward Sunnylane Rd. Turn left onto S Sunnylane Rd and you will find the Museum of Osteology located at 10301 S Sunnylane Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73160. There is free parking available on-site.
