Car
If you are driving to the Oklahoma National Guard Museum from anywhere in Southeastern Oklahoma, first head to Interstate 35 (I-35). If you're coming from the south, take I-35 North; if you're coming from the north, take I-35 South. Once you reach Oklahoma City, take exit 132A for I-44 North, then merge onto I-44 North. Take exit 123B for I-235 North towards Tulsa. Continue on I-235 North for about 2 miles and take exit 1A for NE 36th Street. Turn left onto NE 36th Street and the museum will be on your right at 2145 NE 36th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73111. There is free parking available at the museum.

You can take the '405' bus route which connects various parts of Southeastern Oklahoma to Oklahoma City. You will need to transfer to route '23' which goes towards the Oklahoma National Guard Museum.
